At Loveless Family Child Care, we believe that little bodies grow best when they’re nourished with love - and with wholesome, balanced meals. Just like our learning environment, our nutrition approach is thoughtful, caring, and designed to support healthy habits that last a lifetime.
Loveless Meals, Full of Love
Every day, we provide meals and snacks that are:
• Nutritious and kid-friendly, made with fresh ingredients
• Balanced to support growth, energy, and brain development
• Mindfully portioned for little tummies
• Aligned with CACFP guidelines (if applicable - let me know if you want this added officially)
We focus on colorful fruits, veggies, whole grains, and lean proteins - the good stuff that keeps children fueled, focused, and ready to explore.
Healthy Habits Start Early
Mealtime is more than eating - it’s learning. We encourage children to:
• Explore new foods in a positive, pressure-free environment
• Practice independence with self-help skills
• Engage in table conversation and social skills
• Understand their appetite and body cues

Because we’re a home-based program, our meals feel like… well, home. Warm, comforting, familiar - the kind of food that makes children feel cared for while introducing them to healthy options. Loveless in name, but packed with love on every plate.
